The Dunguza Football Project is a grassroots sports initiative based in Chencha Woreda, Gamo Zone. Driven by passion and community spirit, the project provides young football enthusiasts with the opportunity to develop their skills, build discipline, and dream big through the beautiful game.

At the heart of Dunguza is Coach Mathewos, a dedicated volunteer whose tireless efforts and love for the sport inspire and guide the players. Despite limited resources, Coach Mathewos trains the team regularly, focusing not only on technical ability but also on teamwork, perseverance, and character development.

Dunguza is more than just football—it's a safe space for youth to grow, connect, and aspire. The project continues to gain momentum thanks to local support and a shared vision of using sport as a tool for positive change.
